Ralph
D Berkebile
manages the
Development
and Support of Data Management Associates Application Software
and Hardware Solutions for our clients with a focus on insuring DMA's tried and
true standards. He is responsible for the DMA’s daily
office operations and personally manages our client’s
accounts.
Ralph D Berkebile has
focused his most recent professional efforts on implementing
infrastructure hosting and supporting, data management and
integration services, and implementation and change
management solutions to clients in the health insurance
industry. He has analyzed business and technical
requirements and developed strategies and solutions for Data
Governance, Change Management, Key Performance Metrics,
internal and external reporting, executive dashboards, and
metadata from Legacy Systems, Operational Data Stores and
Data Warehouses. His business and technical knowledge span
all aspects of managed healthcare, including claims
processing, provider and network management, membership and
eligibility, group reporting, accounting, and call center
management.

Paul
Germanovich is the local Network Administrator instrumental
in building DMA’s existing network and Proliant Server
Systems. His first HP3000 experience dates back to
1982 as computer operator and site manager on a System 40.
He is also an experienced programmer/analyst versed in
languages such as Cognos, Cobol, JCL, Speedware and VB.NET. Paul holds a
B.S. in Computer Applications and Systems from Fresno State
University as well as industry standard A+ Hardware-Software
and Network+ Certificates.
